Program Description

Delta AI Systems sends non-promotional SMS messages regarding project updates, service status notifications, and client communication follow-ups. We also offer optional promotional messages about technology insights, new AI capabilities, industry trends, and exclusive service announcements for users who separately consent.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Delta AI Systems by visiting our contact page and completing the following steps:

  1. Enter your mobile phone number in the phone field.
  2. Select the consent checkbox for the type of messages you wish to receive (non-marketing and/or promotional). Each checkbox clearly describes the category of messages.
  3. Click Submit to confirm your opt-in.

Both consent checkboxes are unchecked by default and require your active selection. Providing your phone number and checking a consent checkbox is entirely optional and is not required to use our services.

Registration Type Information

📋 Registration Type: Sole Proprietor

⚠️ Sole Proprietor EIN Rules:

  • If you have NO EIN: Check "My business is not registered" in your CRM
  • If you HAVE an EIN: Register using the business name from the EIN
  • If EIN is associated with a business name (not personal name): Register the business, not your personal name
  • Sole prop EIN registration ONLY works if the EIN was applied for using your full personal name

Consent Confirmation

After opting in, you will receive a confirmation SMS message from Delta AI Systems confirming your subscription. The confirmation message includes our brand name, customer care contact information, opt-out instructions, message frequency, and a notice that message and data rates may apply.
